Project Management - Providing a co-ordination service, overseeing a project from the planning stages into completion. Including specifications and schedules, drawings tendering and analysis, contractor management and fiscal monitoring and control.

Building Surveying / Building Pathology - Surveying your property to diagnose defects and development opportunities.

Planning Permission / Permitted Development - We prepare drawings to be carried out to your specification, along with design ideas that we may have introduced to you, for the purposes of planning, along with necessary documentation and application of your proposal.

Building Regulations and Building Control - After planning the next process would be defining the works to comply with building control and their requirements, often including structural engineering detail and calculations. Where necessary we also deal with SAP (Energy) requirements

Party Wall Matters - Acting as your representative, advising you and representing you to carry out your duties under the Party Wall Act, as applicable. We are also able to represent you should a neighbour be planning works that would affect you as well.

Specialist Surveying - Damp and dry rot, Insurance Surveying / Contractors Scheduling and Loss Assessing.

Commercial Surveying - Schedules of Condition & Dilapidations, Planned Maintenance Surveys and Life Cycle Costings.

Green Energy - We now are able to carry out Solar and PV wind loading and structural calculations. We also are able to arrange and liaise with green oak timber framing, from a small porch up to a full house.

Works - We cover all aspects of domestic to small / medium size commercial works, including change of use and lawful development certificates, works in green belt areas and conservation areas.
